Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits the growth of bacteria by interfering with protein synthesis and leads to cell death. Sodium Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid medicine that reduces swelling and redness by preventing infection-fighting white blood cells (WBCs).
