Moxigrev – DF Eye Drops



Moxigrev-DF Eye Drops are highly effective as it contains latest 4th generation antibiotic Moxifloxacin and Difluprednate which is a corticosteroid and used to treat eye pain, redness, and swelling caused by eye surgery. It is also used to treat an eye condition called endogenous anterior uveitis (eye inflammation).

Mode of action :
Moxifloxacin :   is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It functions by inhibiting DNA gyrase, a type II topoisomerase, and topoisomerase IV, enzymes necessary to separate bacterial DNA, thereby inhibiting cell replication.
It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves, this treat infection .
Difluprednate :  Difluprednate are thought to act by the induction of phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins (lipocortins). It is postulated that these proteins control the biosynthesis of potent mediators of infammation such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes by inhibiting the release of their common precursor arachidonic acid.
